What this theory claims about the world that general relativity, collapse models, GUT frameworks and Yukawa modifications do not. Forty registered, thirty-nine standing (entry 40 retracted, n266); every one carries its kill condition. They are not equal. The registry divides in four classes, and each entry belongs to exactly one: [distinctive] — quantitative claims where the framework differs from every rival in shape (the knee family 1–2, 14, 18–19; the entanglement pair 3–4; the two-channel family 30–32); [conditional] — consequences of sectors not yet built (matter, cooling history, relativistic dynamics) that would not survive the core's death; [exposure] — not a prediction: requirements shared with standard physics (proton stability, Pauli, two GW polarizations, antimatter falling down, Lorentz nulls) where the theory stands to lose but not to win — they can kill the framework but cannot confirm it; [speculative]conjectural wagers: stances registered before the data decides, and — per the reviewer's tightening, adopted — not outputs of the constructed mathematics; they depend on unbuilt sectors (FRW, matter, adjacency dynamics) and are wagers of those conjectures, not supported predictions. Timing is part of the record: entries state whether they were written before or after the relevant data was known; "pre-registered" is reserved for claims frozen before their test, time-stamped by git commit (an instrument whose limitation — same repository, same agents — is stated rather than hidden). The audit is achiral: it breaks time-reversal (the measurement arrow — that is the knee) but not parity. A symmetric rotator is a dark state — the vacuum does not know clockwise from counterclockwise, only "changing" from "steady". Therefore every claimed cosmic spin-parity dipole (Shamir-class galaxy-handedness counts, JWST included) will dissolve under bias-free reanalysis; spin alignments are environmental (tidal torque), never cosmic-chiral. Predictions 24 and 28 are one structure and die together. Inversion channel (n187, pruned by the survival audit n226): the DM–knee cross-lock is CUT — its left side was the demoted n137 capacity band (audit §§40/43), and no amorphous winding-capacity model exists yet. What survives: a measured mDM with ΩDM inverts through the KZ exponent to the quench clock τ_Q (σ ∈ [0.50, 0.62], δτ/τ ≈ 1.8·δm/m), conditional on windings existing on the glass.
